Moved to Tucumcari,NM 1917. Louis was an engineer for Southern Pacific. They first lived on the old McEastland farm 2 miles west of town. In 1928 Louis pruchased the 360 acre Doughty Farm. In 1935 it was sold back to Dr. Doughty. They then moved to Cloudcroft, NM. All of the Family were members of the Church of Christ in Tucumcari.
